ICETO is a Maldivian dessert brand by Cidees Kitchen Pvt Ltd., inspired by the flavors of the cultural cuisines of Maldives. The name is stirred by the common Dhivehi name, “Aisthu”. While Maldives is a top brand name in international destination markets, little is known about the richness and traditions of the food culture of Maldives. By fusing the very local and traditional delicacies with mainstream desserts, ICETO aims to speak of the Maldives with the rest of the world through delightful treats.
